The website pots-vases.com is in fact the catalogue of ACFAT Import/export, a Dutch company, established in the year 1992 and ever since then active in the fields of product development, production and production control within Indonesia.
Pottery/earthenware and (wall) decorations are main components of our product range.
One of the most important goals at the time ACFAT Import/export started production within Indonesia was the establishment of a better living and working environment for the local people, a source of income in order to enforce a better future for these people. Developing new techniques and models are still until to date an important ingredient of our business too. Many local people are now, thanks to our efforts and others, looking towards a better future for themselves and their children. Time to time donations to local schools help us to achieve our goal: a better life for those who need it.
Starting in the year 2005 ACFAT Import/export also started to focus on other areas in South East Asia. Currently new production lines are being developed in Thailand as well as in the Philippines. Basically we work there in the same way as in Indonesia, helping people in small communities. The first results of products from these areas we hope to present within the near future.
ACFAT Import/export works as a developing, leading and controlling body during the production process, the packing and the local handling of the shipments. Besides that we can offer a range of forwarding services in co-operation with our partners in that field. This way we can limit the costs of our products and we can serve our customers with a competitive price.
